ELA 1 i cannot comment as little has been mentioned other than possible sidetrack, as for EMS 1001 even if its not transformational it could quite easily still be a significant discovery, and lets not forget ELM 1004 has still to be fracked and tested.
Then again if you bought today the share need be at only 17p to double your money, not a bad return i would say and very very possible if that light oil in EMS 1001 comes in.
It was mentioned these are due to complete around February, no idea of current status. There are 2 wells being drilled, one by Repsol & i think the other by Shell, our "plot" lies slap bang between them.
Below from 21st June EMS 1001 RNS re naturally fractured sections so no need to frac these sections.

Not all of the column interpreted will produce hydrocarbons, with intervals of effective pay interpreted as being associated with the very elevated gas readings recorded over some 120m of the section. These are likely to correspond to zones of natural fractures in the formation
I kind of agree with you, my own thoughts are that the last EMS 1001 RNS (15th Oct) stated frac by year end only to ensure the timescale was met if fracking needed, it might be a long shot but they could be testing right now for all we know.
Would certainly agree Martin Hull did not leave a long & established career with Rothschilds for a 2 bit company, i would agree something big is in the offing, something exciting enough to tempt him.
