H2 starts production in a week or two, averages 400 bbl/d in its first 12 months of production which gives us 146,000 barrels of oil to sell at Brent price less 7.5%.

With luck H2 starts producing as well so we can double that figure.

God forbid Israel retaliate against Iran but if they do (I think they will) what price will oil be selling at, $100 a barrel, I think more than $100, but that's just a guess.

Fact, we will be a producer very soon through H1, with luck H2 as well, given the middle east tensions it seems likely the oil price will rise sharply and those same ME tensions could well result in China needing to find another million barrels of oil every day.

By the time the refinery comes on stream we will have many more Heron wells and as MB said in the investor presentation we will be using a pipeline to supply the refinery, so less costs more profit.

Heron about to hatch a whole host of Heron chicks, each one will mature and produce 500 bbl/d. Only real question is how many dollars will we get for each barrel, $73 or 90 or 100 or 120, let's wait see.

Nomadme, we should also be aware China get 1,000,000 barrels of oil from Iran every day, if Iran's oil export facility is taken out then Chinese refineries will need to fill that gap.

Got to say I could be tempted to add more if H2 is commercial even if it's not a producer this year, always said I am in for the longer game, post refinery, that when the real potential will be unlocked.

Quite possibly H2 well test results this coming week, if so we should also know if H2 will be a producer this year.

WOS, cost deferral would probably suit us given each well will cost around 4 million, either way we should have enough cash from the last raise for an H3 and an H4, by time H4 drilled, tested and completed that should be around June/ July, maybe even enough revenues generated for an H5, guess it depends on what price we are selling at.

Company never said each well will cost 4 million, they said H1 cost 4 million, no doubt due to the fragmented work, drilling march 19, testing October 19, mobilising manpower and equipment earlier this year just to find they needed permits then finally mobilising a few weeks ago after permits, you certainly not the brightest spark.

As for H2 cost hold fire, will get my crystal 🔮 out
