As for your post to FTSE " it could be something simpler, like the residual pressure naturally dissipates". that happens in EVERY well in the world, sometimes so much so that the well needs help producing, you are a bit of a plonker, jog on before you make a bigger fool of yourself (if thats possible)

Xxpro, can you give date and time you mentioned this last week, i must have missed it, or is this another post that has disappeared.

Can guarantee there will be someone there to look after the well, there needs to be for safety reasons, if choke needs a "tweak" it will get it.

Its very possible we will be told that the gas pressure spikes which have caused a problem on H1 have or are diminishing, as oil flows out of the reservoir the gas released from these gas pockets has a larger volume to fill this results in less spikes in the wellbore and more con-stant and controllable pressures at the wellhead, result being the current wellhead can better control the well, if this happens the choke can be opened to allow higher production than the circa 250 bbl/d we have been told about, with every day that passes the above scenario becomes more likely to happen, we may be producing way more than some think and we may not need to change the wellhead at all, case of wait for news.

Keep in mind our cold pelletising process results in purer pellet meaning less energy required during processing, less energy = less costs, win win

Fact, MATAD Heron field sits on huge oil reserves, one way or another MATAD will bring it to the surface and sell it, every year we will have more wells, more oil and more profit, our costs are quite minimal, how do i know this, i compared similar drilling and production costs in China and Russia which i consider as similar locations.

Fact, investors will win big and losers like you will lose. No doubt i will get an even bigger kick knowing you lost than i will from selling my MATAD shares at a vast profit to that which i paid.

Xxproinvestor, i am aware your guess at $35 would be profit, but i think your well off the mark, as per my previous post, MB will advise once we start selling, think i will wait on his factual figure, i really have no interest in your chemical industry, this is oilfield, your guesstemate at 40 days downtime a year is as i already stated quite laughable, its quite obvious to genuine investors you put the very worst possible slant on everything MATAD.

Overner, During the LSE interview MB said we would be advised on costs per barrel once sales start, i will wait for the RNS that clarifies, meantime xxproinvestors $35 per barrel pre tax looks very low to me, also his expected 40 day shutbdown for maintenance is quite laughable.

I guess he is playing the "realistic" deramper role today.

About the only realistic thing he said i actually agree with would be we can expect an "average" of 500 bbl/d from our Heron wells, some will be better, some not so, i agree with this.

PC / Mongolia agreement, found this paragraph of interest.

According to the agreement, the side of Mongolia is to acquire 40 percent of the oil. Despite this, our country only receives 24 percent of it as the rest is deducted for cost recovery.

Including H1, H2 & Gobi we have well over 60 million dollars to claw back so I would imagine quite a few years with reduced costs. Think we can also add on trucking, storage, fuel costs etc though these would be minimal compared to the exploration costs.

Realistic figures for H1 as follows allowing 16 days per year for maintenance, who the hell shuts a well down for 40 days, this is oilfield.

$66 (Daqing bench)x 800 bbl/d x 350 = $18,480,000 less costs/taxes, but remember we have 60 million to claw back so for many years to come we will not be paying Mongolia their full share,

H1 was drilled and well tested in 2019, this year H1 costs were completion only so we could start producing so H1 costs this year around 1.25 million.(note surface completion equip-ment such as beam pump & compressors were onsite before the infamous fund raise so paid for from funds before the raise).
