1: Sales agreement signed and delivered allowing us to sell to China, upward price movement in February.

2: H1 remedial works to increase production to ???? 500 + bbl/d, upward price movement.

(14th November RNS states potential of 800 bbl/d).

3: H2 remedial works to increase production and bring onstream @ around 100-150 bbl/d, based on H2s 5m pay zone as opposed to H1s 18m pay zone, result = upward sp movement.

4: Funding, Mongolia/Petrovis best option but Reserve based loan also an option (these are my preference) , that said the markets may see a DQE / profit share deal as the best option, last resort share issue, eitherway once we have funding for H3, H4 etc and maybe even GOBI upward price movement.

5: GOBI Bear 1, the joker in the pack, no matter how the data is viewed it says "OIL in Place", what a boost that would be.

Or MB could throw a curve ball and come up with funding elsewhere, watch this space.

Have not considered PC deal but that seems to be on the table as well (JV, even a buy out of Heron field).

The above will bring 5p by June and sp will increase in the following months as we will be self sufficient money wise.

Reality, every oil company wants the wells they drill to gush oil from day 1, in practise it seldom works like that, in nearly every instance initial flow/production rates can be improved on, this means some sort of remedial work takes place, this is exactly where we are with H1 & H2, you can also include GOBI to make a trio of wells that need remedial work.

Unnd, when you say your "happy to have an adult discussion on the unknows" i assume you mean you are happy to discuss fictional issues that may affect the sp, me to, have investors considered the effect on the sp should a meteorite crash into H1, the impending fireball and resulting firestorm as the oil catches fire.

Or the possibilty Mongolia declares war on China, this would no doubt have an adverse effect on the sp.

There is no doubt these issues "could" happen though i am betting they are so unlikely that i for one discount them, much more likely we will considerably raise production at H1 and squeeze around 100 - 150 bbl/d out of H2.

Hamm, i think these NEGs are all jealous, they have lost so much on their own poor invest-ments and cannot afford to buy into MATAD at todays rock bottom price, hence they want to spoil the party here, would guess its their way of hitting back.

Either that or as you suggest they are paid derampers, certainly the effort and time they put in trying to trash us is phenomenal and the reasons / issues they come up with are for the most part quite ludicrous, very obvious they know nowt about oilfield operations.

Hamm, as i mentioned previously my oilfield experience relates to oilfield equipment and tools, not drilling or completions, however, with hindsight yes we might have been better drilling a bit closer to H1 though this would bring into play child/parent well scenario which i previously put a link up about this.

Reality = another weekend whith dozens or maybe gundreds of posts from NEGS telling us why MATAD are doomed, telling us H1 is a failure, H2 is a failure etc etc, fact is they have no idea what they are speaking about, time will tell and we will not have to wait to long, H1 new production figures will be known by end of April.

Remedial work on H2 should be completed by end April early May.

H3, H4 etc, wait for news.

The simple facts are that no poster on here can give exact details of the following points raised by Unnd, however as an experienced oilfield engineer i can say the following.

Unnd points and my replies below.

1. If Heron 1 production can be increased or if it can by how much and at what time and cost.

(98% certain production can be increased, November 14th RNS mentions 800 bbl/d, the possible remedial works mentioned (wellhead & sandscreen) are low cost and simple to fit, timescale a matter of days).

2. If Heron 2 is commercial over 12 months and if production can be increased. If so at what time and cost.

(90% certain production can be increased however upto what is guess work, could be anything from 70 to several hundred barrels a day, we need to wait see which remedial works MATAD use before estimating costs and time scales, however unlikely costs will be huge for the re-perforation MB mentioned though my guess is it will be fracked )

3. Gobi - the company has no clues at this stage if it is a producer or abandoned.

(MB states in last LSE interview the drilling logs/data points to oil in present, could well be a candidate for fracking, again not huge cost but case wait see what the company decide)

4. Renewable energy - we have scant details about this and no guidance on time, cost or returns.

( i prefer not to comment as i have no experience of renewables)

5. New Blocks - we have a commitment to spend around $1m over 2 years and possibly up to $15m over 8 years.

(assuming this year goes to plan with higher production at H1 and H2 made commercial i do not see an issues with a spend of $980,000 over the first 2 years, option to walk away still in place).

Many posters (The NEGS) who have little (if any) oilfield experience try and make H1 & H2 into a big issue, its not, these are quite typical new wells that need quite simple and straight forward remedial works to get the best from them, this is not uncommon.

Question is why do the NEGS keep jumping on these NON issues, is it lack of knowledge, is it an effort to trash MATAD, who knows but i can 100% say they speak bullshxt.

The REALITY is that 2025 will be the year of MATAD.

Not sure stockmaid has the capability to stop lying, its ingrained, a compulsive obsession.

NEGS love to keep these negative headings featured, litany of lies indeed.

I for one am quite happy H2 was suspened rather than completing and producing, as MB said its marginally commercial over winter period, much better to rework it come spring and bring it online at 100 plus bbl/d, even 100 bbl/d equates to a 2.7 million a year pre costs or 1.2 million a year post costs,
