Oil price steady above $100, being reported the US now looking at 3 options in IRAN.

1: Seizing or neutralizing Kharg Island.

2: Seize Iran’s nuclear material which would mean limited boots on ground.

3: Full blown boots on ground/ ground invasion.

I would very much doubt they will go for option 2 or 3, far to dangerous and unpopular in the US and could lead to heavy US losses.

Option 1 destroy IRANs Kharg island is easily accomplished with virtually no chance of US losses so this would seem the obvious choice, this option would see the oil price explode upwards, i would suggest the US could limit the effect of high oil prices in the US, i doubt Donald is worrying about the effects the oil price would have in Europe given their recent refusal to help securing the Straits.

My thoughts ony, Interesting times.

Oil refineries rely heavily on catalysts, MATAD are heavily reliant on the refinery, bide your time, its coming.

In the mix we can throw in a farm in, buyout of block XX or go it alone, going it alone is obviously a longer term option but a much more profitable one as we keep 100% of our oil.

TBT, i did not say i cared about the people that said its a shame they should suffer due to a few hundred religious zealots, but i do hope those religious fruitcakes running the country come to their senses before its too late.

Fact, once supplying the refinery the whole dynamic changes, that will happen as Mongolia need it to happen and it may start to build up before the refinery is completed so the refinery can be assured of an adequate oil supply, you do not conjur oil wells up overnight, they take time to drill and bring into production.

No wish to get involved in slanging match BUT, when have these analysts ever got things right, a month ago they predicted low oil prices, they said there was a glut, the oil price is over a hundred dollars and there certainly is no glut, they also got things wrong last year, appears to me if you bet against the analyists you are more likely to be right, we can back this up by looking at government experts in respective fields, when have they ever got anything right.
