Matad & Petro China both have half of the TAMSAG Basin, PC have been drilling in their half since 2005 so no doubt PC are better placed to drill Matads half, but the price must be right.

Heron gets bought out we'll be cash rich but oil poor versus control of Heron with cash to drill, its a conundrum, but a nice conundrum.
