I think it quite likely we will be drilling new wells this year, maybe not right of but July/August, case of wait see, we do not kow how advanced talks are but its a reasonable guess they have been ongoing for sometime.

Furry is an excellent example of a NEG that knows the sum total of ZERO, almost laughable, but in keeping with the other NEGs.

I think most realise i am super confident about MATADs future and i could see 50p rerate in the future though we will need a few new producing wells to see that sort of sp, i would be happy with 12p by year end which is inline with the Progressive report but it could be more if the the likes of Gazelle & Gobi Bear turn out to be good/great producers and lets not forget H2, everything to play for.

From last RNS and AGM one fact stands out, MATAD are intent on creating as much revenue as possible from the already drilled wells, we expected GOBI Bear 1 news to be mentioned but Gazelle 1 was unexpectedly brought into the equation, see the Gazelle RNS dated 17th Oct 2019, it seems nailed as a producer with its oil rich 3m pay area and it lies close to H1 so can share facilities.

We also know that the pressure issues stated in November 14 2024 RNS are no longer an issue, great news, only minor issue with H1 is sand and apparently PC have had the same problem with their high producing wells, we also know sand screens fixed the issue for PC so we can be pretty certain sand screens will eliminate H1s sand issue, in reality sand in oilwells is quite common and the problem is easily overcome.

Bring on 12p by year end though many think 20p+ and it could well happen.

Why do genuine holders continue to use these negative subject lines, it suits these NEGs perfectly.

Could the refinery operator be considered as an “entity”.

If you have not heard of Mongolia’s VISION 2050 look it up, the refinery and Mongolias oil are a means to an end, that end is Mongolia’s VISION 2050.

I still firmly believe GOBI might well be the company maker as the RNS (7th Oct 2024) stated it has 34m of reservoir quality sandstones, the fact there were only faint oil shows does not mean there is no oil, see below link that will help you understand.
