Current market cap £4.06 million. Current net asset value £8.088 million which is practically double the market cap. PRIM have just posted a half year profit of £3.29 million. More buys required here to gap up on proper company value and also the great potential here.

What is source of the current valuation for Leap?

According to latest RNS we still hold 26 million in GGP shares which are presently worth £3.38 million pounds . Present market cap is £4.06 million. Better and more frequent communication from the BOD is needed here to help boost the share price.

Sorry corrected post-On examining FFWD's most recent financial accounts it is clear that the fundamentals of this company are first class. They are a profitable company which has actually built up distrubutable reserves of over £13 million. I for one I am very happy to be invested in a company with such solid foundations and such an exciting pipeline that is second to none. All the best.

According to the half year report in December 2019 NAV was £20.4 million. I know this has increased since then given so much positive news over the last few months . Just wondering if anyone could provide a more up to date valuation .

According to Empery website they previiously held 3. 000, 035 shares which was under the reporting threshold. Empery now hold approx. 10, 156, 838 shares ie 190, 559, 823 new TILS shareholding x 5.33 % . This is in an increased holding over over 7 million shares. Great news.

The new shares that were bought for 57.5 million dollars earlier this week. When do you reckon we will have any idea who actually bought these shares?

Looking for some clarification regarding placement of ADS commencing tomorrow. Can these also be traded on AIM? RNS states: "Application has been to made to admit the 22,019,230 Ordinary Shares to be issued in the Offering, in the form of ADSs, to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to become effective at 8.00 am on August 7, 2020." Can someone therefore clarify this situation and what effect this may have on the current share price.

Just added more shares here at a slight premium of 9.30 in two tranches. Will be well worth it given the recent news flow and what is to come. Be patient this is on the up. All the best.
