The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Amnded post - I have emailed Aquis several times over ther last few months regarding the continual downward movement of this share since the IPO back in August. I highlighted back in December that there looked to be roughly a 50/50 split between buy and sells since 21st August 2020 up until late December. I also sent a copy of the their own graph of share price which shows a continual downward step ladder movement of the share price. I was advised by email more than once that although Acquis carry out their own supervision they cannot reveal any information in this regards. What has happened regularly with theTruspine share price is that it often does not move up on any buys but nearly always moves downwards on sells. It also has moved down on no share activity at all. I have enclosed the Aquis graph to highlight its downward spiral and it seems nothing has changed since I sold the remainder of my holdings in early January. Personally, I may buy back in again but not until the share price starts going consistently upwards. Like many on this board I think this could be a great long term investment- but to bring a share price down by over 80% since the IPO there is a deep underlying issue here. Thanks have had a look at presentation and will defo be holding what I have.
Second venture into Oil and Gas and down around 27 % of my investment which includes a top up at 2.80 . Will have to be very patient now in order to buy low and sell high. Some posters still confident here so when is the tide going to actually turn northwards?
And just taken another two of those patience pills.... all the best
Email sent to Cathy asking for COPL to update its shareholders in the UK....
From the MCTO request on the CSE. "The Company has not yet received the audited financial statements of Atomic and SWP for the year ended December 31, 2020 ?"
Given that late May / June has been given by COPL and they are now asking for an extension on the CSE to include Atomic and SWP financials until the end of June and no prospectus can now be submiited until these accounts are included. So looks like a further delay. Just thought that if more shareholders ask for some sort of update the company may respond. Just a thought .....
link again cathy@chfir.com
Might be a good idea for more shareholders to email Cathy at investor relations asking for some sort of update from COPL. I will be emailing tomorrow. Here is the link.cathy@chfir.com Life is never dull.
Totally agree .... and sooner rather later.
And in the meantime a meaningful update from COPL keeping us informed would be re-assuring for all us shareholders.
Effective date of Atomic purchase was 1st December 2020 so accounts for year end 30th December 2020 would not yet have been available. Think loads of patience is now required here.
Given what is happening with further extensions etc it seems like the company is in absolutely no rush to relist. Hope I am wrong here .
Now getting very messy here as prospectus would have to be submiited within six months of latest accounts which are up to 30th December 2020. Yet, COPL have applied for an extension to 30th June 2021 on CSE because Atomic etc have not produced any financials. What chance now is there of a prospectus being submiited before the end of June and if prospectus deadline missed what happens then?
busymumof3 - no bother
No email address Here is the various contact details: http://www.canoverseas.com/contact-us/
Thanks again Piggy. I am not an expert on financials etc. Will the new consolidated balance sheet which includes Atomic have to be included in the prospectus?
Sorry for the typo's
Thanks Piggy for your update this ahs been very helpful. So COPL needs to submit a prospectus before the end of June and at the same time and before this will need to produce a consoldiated balance sheet to the end December 2020 to include Atomic financial figures. However, there are currently no accounts available yet for either Atomic or SWP to the end of December 2020 and COPL are now looking for an extension until the send of June on the CSE to provide these fgures on their annual quarterly report. Should now be an RNS from COPL to provide more clarification to the shareholders as this is now becoming a bit concerning.
