Shortfall. Got divorced. Paid out equity of house. Couldn't pay full mortgage. Just paid interest. Time running out...

Pretty new to this. In at 3k. Which to most isn't a lot but quite a bit for me. Mortgage at 28k now so need to pay off in two years as I have a shortfall.

Hope it's going to get momentum and move up.
