09:31 dave4545: If you want to be exact. The buyer of 9% has given a address that is 1 mile away from the company headquarters in Kiryat Gat. You can clearly see both locations on google maps. Every holding Rns shows where the buyer or seller of stock is based from so this does not seem to be a case of the company putting their address on the Rns by mistake. Somebody with a bit of money who clearly must have some kind of info here being in the same place is buying up the stock and probably has 10% now after Thurdays and Friday's block buys before he's Rns'd to say they went 9%

People have forgotten that when Mark's and Spencer were ordering clothes the share price was 63p . In 2014. So who knows next year.

Bought some at 2pm with a lot of optimism all we need is news. And if Mark's and Spencer come back on board with new contracts this share will pass 9p. If the deal goes ahead end of March we could see 15p or more. DYOR please.

Bagir losses reduce as revenue grows 32%
Bagir saw its pre-tax loss reduce to $1.05m from $3.6m in its half year report for the period ending 30 June 2019. Revenue grew 32% to $32.8m driven by increased sale orders from existing customers.

Bagir had earlier announced that Shandong Ruyi is committed to provide suit jacket manufacturing equipment, with an estimated market value of approximately 1.3 million dollars, for exclusive and indefinite use in Bagir’s Ethiopian manufacturing facility, free of landed costs, for nil consideration. Now, Shandong Ruyi has agreed to deliver this manufacturing equipment to the Bagir's Ethiopian manufacturing site by the end of September 2019.

We have agreed a new date for completion of the transaction with Shandong Ruyi and we are collaborating together to support potentially one of their clients with a large production order from Vietnam," Ronen added.

In November 2017, Bagir announced a strategic partnership with Shandong Ruyi Technology Group Ltd which would see it invest USD16.5 million in Bagir and take a 54% stake in the firm.
