Share price is down to £1 not because of a court case which at worst case scenario is 1/15th the cost of the rollout.

I have a sneaky suspicion the share price is down because of the fibre roll out and debt.

While the RNS stated a new progressive divi policy ,

The telegraph reporter Andy Briggs as saying the policy was going to be increases each year, which is a step further than the existing policy which had resulted in uncertainty and SP plateau .

In theory then, buying shares now should lock in a progressively higher yield in the coming years and better sp growth too
