TheoremRx Inc are not a "one man band"!
That idea was considered a few months back as there is a company of a similar name on the internet.

TheoremRx Inc are company with a few other projects (including VAL201). They consist of various experts. The CEO and Chairman have an excellent track record.

The US based company operates out of New York, NY and Montreal, Quebec.

Lots happening here - the current market cap is too low.

There has been a lot of talk about 'the deal'. But ValiRx is not a 'one trick pony'.

1) Plans for a new lab.
Moving capability in-house to work on our own projects. But it will also allow ValiRx to provide contracting services to other Biotech organisations. Suzy Dilly (CEO) is a great collaborator. I have no concerns about the team running this.

Completion is anticipated by end of Q1 (not long now!)

Downside is minimal and mostly priced in now - upside is a 45p to 65p sp.

I would love another update (I do like my updates). Mainly on VAL201 and VAL301.

My understanding so far:

1) VAL201 (treatment for prostate cancer) is in the final stages of development. In my opinion and going by history, another update either by RNS or video should follow soon.

2) VAL201 first two clinical trials were successful and so it is being developed further. Phase 3: "this trial will feature improved dosing regimens, as informed by pharmacokinetic profiles collected, and consider which stage of disease to target." Source: Valirx plc website. With all cancer clinical trials there are real patients behind the trial for whom I think about. Sadly, prostate cancer research is underfunded.

3) The licence comes from Cancer Research UK.

4) VAL201 is just one of four/five products.

We are down today but overall we are UP +3.78% (approx.) over 7 days ... which is better than a lot companies out there.
Netflix is down -27.9% over the same period.
