The End of Valirx? Or rerate to 0.05.8 Jul 2026 22:02
The end of Valirx is near IMO.
Around previous fundraising, the former CEO, Suzy Dilly, would hold webinars talking about the next big thing. TheoremRX. VAL201. The Letter of Intent. The money was just around the corner. But after years of no progress from TheoremRx, shareholders were losing patience. To reassure investors, Suzy Dilly updated her Twitter profile to say: "Confident and Unconcerned" (or words to that effect). She was confident and unconcerned a deal from TheoremRx was coming by "year end". Apparently, they were in "continued discussions with ThoeremRx".
But nothing materialised. And the share price dropped by 99%.
Shareholders felt mislead. Apparently, Suzy Dilly now works at University of Cambridge. (She is very lucky to get that gig.)
And still, there is no revenue today. Nothing interesting at all. £2.05 million market cap for Valirx is too much. Even the lab has done practically no revenue. If they cannot sell a service in their own lab - how can they commercialise any of the pipeline?
Unless this can be pumped all the way to 0.25, I would expect this to fall further. The market cap is not even worth £1 million in IMO let alone £2 million. Maybe 0.05 is a fair price?
( viera - get out while you still can !!! )
