I think this will be the lowest the share price goes. All the bad news is out and people are aware.

VAL201 is TRX's main project so if they don't proceed with VAL201, then I think THX will cease to exist. All my own opinions.

Agree with @viera - Adam should go on BOD.

We're at the same price range we were this time last year before any mention of TheoremRX.

Everyone is allowed their opinion, good and bad, and as a big investor here i believe the prospect of bad news has already been priced in hence the tiny mk cap. Most will want the share price to rise.

I'm fairly new to this board (75 posts) so I don't know the history between LSE users.

I do believe the prospect of 'no 201 deal' has already been priced in. So any news of a deal will catapult the price.

News of opening a new/acquiring a lab will also develop the business and therefore share price. The company could increase revenues by mlns.

Traders/Investors are always looking to 'pick the bottom'.

IMO a 'no deal' / delayed deal on VAL is already priced in. So is a placing. We have also been discussing this for several months now - so it's nothing new.

Either way I don't think the SP will go any lower.

The serious/pro investors are NOT selling.

Did you notice the AGM is being held at DAC Beachcroft's offices?

Perhaps a 201 deal is in motion hence the corporate lawyers? Just an observation.

Whatever the case, ValiRx were quick to publish the Q&As on their website. . . . Good on them!

The project pipeline looks good - progress being made - even with a placing.

Having read what is available to all shareholders - On VAL401...

Get 201 over the line, bring on the 40s within a week and never see the 20s again.

Still, I can see the share price doubling within 2 months.

I have a long bias with ValiRx and I look at news / catalysts that move share prices. We haven't had an RNS for a while, so we don't know what has happened so far with the plans for the new lab - or the other projects in the pipeline. Therefore it's difficult to say. Sorry!

Yes, it's frustrating. Yes, there's been delays.

1) But we are very close to the news on 201 and the Triple Negative Breast Cancer evaluation.

2) Suzy's Twitter bio remains the same: "Full of confidence and unconcerned." If there was any indication of further delays or problems, that statement would have been removed. It is still there.

3) I don't think the SP will go any lower unless we have bad news. The upside is massive.

5) Overall, the risk/reward is very good here. We know Val has previously moved up 20% in single days!

"This is a long term investment" --- I don't think so! There are profits to be made by holding for a few weeks! Although, I am long term investor, I don't think you need to be a long term holder to profit from holding Val.

If there were any doubts on 201 deal then CEO would have removed that comment.
