Porky has 25k shares in Valirx. Why does Porky spend all his days/weeks writing long posts ?

Surely Porky's time is more valuable than their tiny investment ?

Adam is the largest shareholder. If he thought changes were needed now, he would have made them. He can influence future change if need be. He's been in the industry for decades. I have total trust in Adam.

Share price is down approx. 56% since Stella joined the board.

Distracts from the good this company is doing. Think of the patients!

Adam was a 'shareholder representative'. He relayed the thoughts of shareholders to the company. It's no longer needed because anyone can contact Suzy or Kevin directly. They welcome contact.

The CRO plans are promising and look to be revenue generating very soon. Once the first contract lands expect double digit share price increases.

It was a 'virtual' AGM.

It must have been difficult for Adam. He has already lost serious 'paper' millions. With all his experience running a revenue generating CRO, you'd think he'd be on the board. Suzy has no experience running a revenue generating CRO.

We'll wait and see . . .

Adam would make a great Chairman and/or CEO of Valirx.

Market maker adjusting the prices again

The recent acquisition of Imagen Therapeutics's assets was a brilliant move. Amazing price.

It fast tracks Valirx's CRO, Inaphaea BioLabs.

With strategy and good business sense like this I do think we'll be turning over revenue of £20 million+ within 3-4 years.

SP should be minimum 0.40p right now - we should if we were listed in the U.S.

Not sure I understand ....... you are unhappy with Suzy and Kevin but not voting them out ?

The most dissatisfaction is with Suzy Dilly - having read the 100s of negative posts on this BB. 'Full of confidence and unconcerned' ...

Suzy really shines when talking about the science; otherwise she looks nervous. Some people are like that. Years ago, when interviewed, Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook looked nervous. Certainly Suzy has a lot to lose if voted out.

Ken was ok.

Not sure what Stella adds? Not sure if she is liked by the shareholders either. She has very little to lose, so why would she worry?

Still think Adam should be added to the Board. Share price would triple on his appointment.

I don't believe what Porky says. He got DDDD wrong.

Last year Porky was saying the new lab will cost many millions...

Now we have one, and it cost circa £400k.

Share price will double when we announce our first client (which they've said will be H1).

It's pretty clear ........................ we want Adam on the Board.

Maybe he can continue running his own successful CRO at the same time, or even merge with Valirx.

Share price would double or triple if/when Adam is appointed.

Val: 10m mkt cap

Sareum Holdings Plc (Sar): 90m mkt cap

How ?

We are seriously undervalued. Change BOD (add Adam), end THX exclusivity (the cloud over this company), CLX update, tCRO revenue, etc.

We are making progress... exciting few days/weeks ahead.

Val is undervalued at 10m mkt cap. If Val was listed on Nasdaq we'd be at 500m+ mkt cap. That's how it is.

We should be at least 90-100m mkt cap by now (look at Sareum Holdings Plc they are at 91m mkt cap without the pipeline and soon-to-be income generating CRO lab business). We did make it to 65p in Oct 2021 (where we should be now).

If only Adam was on the board we'd be at 50p overnight................
