BERM are buying Imperial, by all accounts there will be a very large amount of money being invested to make it into a global big brand.

Fevertree did it in a mass market way, this will be even more premium, and as big in time.

Because of the unknown efficacy of any vaccine, there will need regular antibody testing to determine when it needs to be topped up, at present that looks like it will require 2-3 tests per year, that may tail off to 1-2 test per year.

FCA are investigating an alleged scam whereby many people bought lottery tickets on the same numbers in a short period of time. however owners of the lottery machines known as the MM's (Machine members) had cancelled the tickets after sales window closed, but before the draw. There was in the end one winner, who is alleged to be a friend of the FCA investigating officer.

The FCA have said there is no wrongdoing and that the ticket buyers knew the risks.

Just got to look at the last couple of weeks as an opportunity for shares to change hands from those in profit to those in for the next large leg up.

Trouble is it will be like dealer55, if he had just held all the way he would be retired now.

Peeps should not make the same mistake here.

£500m+ revenue coming, which means multiples of current SP, the information is all out there.

SB companies have doubled their tier 2 margin requirements, by halving the threshold.

They are generally pretty switched on to direction of travel, so either there is a huge amount of long positions (it has shown 100% for months) and/or they know something is in the offing.

SB companies are VERY cosy with brokers and MM's.

They have looked at licensing models before, get an upfront payment, then license for geographical areas, it then becomes a huge valuation on p/e multiples, as NFX is in effect a cash cow with very low overheads.

If they sell the IP, I only hope it is for a truly significant sum, bit like selling the family farm, you would only do it if the offer is very lucrative as it takes away the potential for future earnings.
