I started buying in 2019 so have seen some fantastic gains. I'm getting to the point now where I really should think about reclaiming the tax losses on the dividends.

Having been in here for several years, with generally positive news (from the medical standpoint), I've watched people get overly excited at previous test results. (Does anybody remember the spats between Zengah and Manifesto?)

While they have been high percentage success rates, the cohorts have been very, very small, so caution was needed.

However, this latest has piqued my interest....

Well, after being on a free ride here for 4 years and promising myself I was leaving it to play out whatever happened, I've taken some profit from HSW and applied for enough shares to double my holding.

I've been buying since 79p in 2018, the medicinal side of Faron has only got better, my concern is whether the business itself is good enough...

I'm not negative at all. This share won't change my life (unless it hits 214p) but seems just a touch optimistic/unrealistic/disingenuous to be quoting such high figures.

I'm sure the maths are correct, I didn't bother checking, but implying that we may get £2.14 per share isn't realistic now is it?

Isn't the issue more to do with what else they've been up to or how many times they've done this rather than a disgruntled user's small bet?
I've been buying and holding these for about 3 years now and I'm nicely in profit with them. I'm tempted to sell up and see how the market reacts. 5.6% down currently seems overdone if it is only a minor issue but if they can't defend themselves over this then who knows where it will lead?

I've been stung before by holding through an issue that I thought was nothing more than a storm in a tea cup....

Unfortunately I fear you may be right, I hope you're not because I've thrown a few quid this way over the years. It was always a red or black kind of a gamble (from the point when I joined) for me, but my heart sank when I saw Align getting involved.
It's been feeling like a long, slow, painful demise for a long time now.
