Just trying to get my head round the Avion relationship. They had US-only rights to the commercialisation of Lupuzor (TM) with a series of milestone payments payable to Immupharma along the way.

In the latest RNS regarding patent application, there is zero reference to the trademark Lupuzor and only now reference to this being an Immunormalizer.

I wonder if this means the Avion agreement is redundant - opening back up the US to a new partner.

Anyone got any thoughts on this?

If the peak of this SP is 30p then the commercial team at IMM will have materially under-delivered.

That would only value IMM at 6x where it is today - £156M

This is a $110BN (£81BN) annual market where Tim/Seb have said all other treatments have significant deficiencies in comparison to P140

Therefore, if IMMs mcap only gets to £150M then my nan could have done better job from here.
