exactly echoplayer - couldn't agree more. This is one not to trade but to invest across a multi year time horizon. Where we'll be in 3 years could be astonishing.. I really doubt it will matter if you bought in at 50p or 1 in the years to come..
tesa, you're clearly sorely lacking on the research front. 500g is actually a pretty big quantity especially for testing - you probably have no idea what that quantity looks like in real life nor how much it would cost Continental do you.. as for the price action today - what a gift! Filling my ISA
If we pass Continental's testing and they're happy... simply supplying the graphene to go in 1/2 the tyres they produce would be unbelievably transformational for Versarien. Now, consider just how many other big corps Neill & the team are currently collaborating with and will be in the future. Absolute no brainer to be topping up at these levels. This will be a 1Bn+ company in time, just lock & load and let it play out... very very happy here.
If you're not in VRS, maybe you missed the boat last November, now is a brilliant time to get buying. Miton will be done very soon selling - thank them for the liquidity to buy into. China deal will materialise very soon imo then we're off to the races.. it's not just China either, plenty of massive corps lined up, some announced, many not announced yet. Be smart and invest for the long term with this one!
Can feel this one building. We're now just days away from rig mobilisation for workovers & the start of a very busy work schedule. Smart money trying to get in now before the herd arrive... One day very soon this is going whoosh and we'll be over 20p - it's coming! Ridiculously cheap given what we have and whats ahead here!!
hahaha, I am immensely enjoying watching the moronic shorters get burnt - I suspect I'm not alone! If you picked this stock out of everything on AIM to short, then you deserve to get badly burnt. Perhaps you won't make such ridiculous decisions in future! 1 coming fast - hopefully this time we'll smash straight through. With the help of the short squeeze haha
Yes, good research, I've been aware of Pirelli for a while now - clearly something going on. Another big 'tyre' manufacturer... that could be even bigger... continental. Neill was tweeting photos from Continental HQ in the summer - now.. you may think, what could they be doing with them?! Well, dig a bit deeper and you discover Continental are planning to invest over $2Bn into next generation battery technology and create batteries... hmmmm......... graphene certainly could play a part in that ;)
totally agree, 1 will be extremely cheap in the years to come imo! We're a lucky bunch to have found such a great company amongst a sea of crap on AIM. Hope everyone has a good week ahead - remember, if you can afford to, hold for the long term! Even if we doubled tomorrow, that will be cheap in the months & years ahead..
if there is a JV announcement or something along those lines... this will skyrocket.. for example 100m investment for 20% of the company would value the company at 500m... we'd be looking at a 5 bagger tomorrow if that was the case! I doubt we're talking those kind of numbers if any JV at all.. but you never know with the Chinese!! Tomorrow is certainly going to be an interesting one.. :)
TheGoodLife - don't want to turn this board into a discussion about weald oilers, but all I'd say is I wouldn't touch UKOG with a long pole! - They're trapped in a CLN death spiral now (with over 7m still to convert).. this alone will surpress the price for sometime to come. Personally, I'm beginning to doubt the whole weald play too - who knows, still waiting for someone to prove it up. VRS is where most of my cash is and will be for a long time yet :)
Thanks forest, think we'll all do well here :) I'm not - was never in UKOG but was in ANGS for quite a while, took a hit there on the bad news nov time last year. Looks like it might perk up again soon but once bitten twice shy.. if I do re-enter, won't be using any VRS cash to fund it and will be taking a smaller position!
