I shall be waiting for the placement to complete before jumping in. Raising in the current market is by no means a certainty.

Heartbreaking. I also have a small amount in Valirx. I will look to make my losses back by adding to my position in Valirx as the company valuation is only 10 million. They have 2 phase two drugs one VAL 201 very promising and has a deal worth 100s millions which has been delayed but appears to still be making progress.

I always have a plan B in life and for me. I will look at Valirx as I feel I can double/triple my money. It has hit near rock bottom and I can see it doing well. Prof Adam Hargreaves is a 10% owner of Valirx and is a real expert in the industry.

Keep your chin up and only invest what you can afford in life. I will keep going.

Therefore the placing cannot happen this month imo based on that. Also they have a long time. It's just if they require it and note upto. It's just a resolution.

It's a positive not a negative. They can take the price to 50-60p then do a placing. It surely means a deal first.

With new shares to be issued end of the month i would assume the price to drop. Still significant cash demands and a placing at 8p soon?

I hope Slater is well. 201 should be 50p or 60p with anticipation. Suzy needs to get rocking fast.
