These are a couple of notes I posted on Michael Walters' chat board where I raised the question of whether Disko will be worth more than Dundas:

1. "Is Disko worth significantly more than Dundas?". I posted this note on 21 June 2020, just a few months after becoming a JAY shareholder for the first time.

2. "Will Disko Outshine Dundas?". I posted this note on 2 October 2021.

I have copies of both of these posts.

As for the AGM on 18 June 2020, shareholders were able to dial in and attend the meeting remotely. I dialed in and joined the meeting and also have a recording of it. Here is a transcript of what Rod MacIllree actually said on Disko in response to a question from Michael Walters: "In terms of potential and geological prospectivity, CERTAINLY Disko is the one, you know, I think is the MOST SIGNIFICANT we have.”

RM has been consistent with his view that Disko is JAY's most significant asset. I too have maintained the same position consistently and unflinchingly.

Ashton (5 Aug 2024 at 11:17): "Even when Dundas was going swimming well, I was promoting on Michael Walters' chat board that Disko was the most significant prospect among JAY's portfolio of assets. I am in JAY primarily because of Disko."

Rach (30 Aug 2024 at 18:56): "Your 'unflinching belief' was initially in Dundas was it not? Until, oh dear, that went belly up. Now you have switched allegiance to Disko."

Rach (2 May 2024 at 20:10): “I'm looking for some real news and not just the bs they keep serving up - the lucrative sale of an asset or the partnering of a major - THAT'LL BE THE TIME I'D CHOSE TO BUY. Until then what has Jay to offer? Would you be buying now?"

So, Rach has decided she would NOT buy into JAY until a lucrative asset sale or a major miner becomes a partner.

Wise words! I would add that the agenda of a couple of posters here (and one in particular) is to continually bash RM almost every time they post something on JAY.

As for my agenda, I am expecting to get a decent return from my investment in JAY. The expectation is primarily based on my unflinching belief that the promising prospects of Disko could turn out to be truly promising if one is prepared to be patient for the drill assay results.

I agree 100%. I have also asked myself the question If Rod McIllree had not stepped in but allowed Rob Edwards to carry on at the helm, would we still have a company called Bluejay Mining? RE did not have a meaningful skin in the game either.

I read Rach's post​s ​(as well as other posts) diligently and she did ​in ​fact​ state on 2 May 2024 at 20:10 that she would buy ​into JAY only when the company has made a lucrative sale of an asset or secured a major miner as a partner. This is what she said in her post ​on 2 May 2024 at 20:10​ and I reproduce the relevant excerpt from the post and the words she used verbatim:

Definitely-Yes (D-Y) - whose real name is Romain Picard - led the Bluejay Investor Defense Association (BIDA) and posted more than a couple of posts here. He canvassed for support for the BIDA to mount a legal action against JAY management. In the note he posted on 28 Feb 2024 at 16:20, he used the words dishonest, deceit, and potential fraud, and without evidence. I thought the use of such words in such a way on a public forum against a person or a company was reckless and potentially libelous.

D-Y organised a podcast on JAY. RM took part and spoke. I participated as well. In the podcast D-Y got Dundas and Disko mixed up when making comments. This did not impress me because it demonstrated his poor research of JAY.

More importantly, I have no idea of the current status of the BIDA or what progress (if any) it has made with its intention to take legal action against JAY management. If the BIDA has made any progress with its intended legal action, D-Y can come on this forum and update us. After all, he used the forum to canvas for support for the BIDA's campaign against JAY management. Let’s see whether he responds to this post.

Forcemode - I too have been frustrated by the delay in learning about the Disko update. However, JAY has been lining things up with announcements on projects since the last AGM on 26 June 2024:

1. Hydrogen and Helium Discovered at Outokumpu Finland - RNS 01 July 2024

2. Significant Source Rock Titanium at Dundas Ilmenite Project - RNS 11 July 2024

3. Bluejay Commences Maiden Campaign For Geological Hydrogen and Helium at Outokumpu

As for your question, I have checked today and I am told Disko is NEXT on JAY's things-to-do list. I am sorry I am unable to add more.

​Rach - You ask:

a) When do I think white hydrogen will be produced in economic volume in Greenland.

b) How much and when Greenland will contribute to the world's hydrogen demand.

d) How will hydrogen from Greenland be transported.

I am not interested in the answers to any of these questions, not even an iota, as I won't be sticking around here to see JAY going into production with either Jameson or for that matter any of its other projects, including Disko.

In the note I posted on 9 Aug 2024 at 13:18, I said: "I have this unflinching belief that Disko will come good in a big way if one is prepared to be patient. I hope to sell a large chunk if not all of my shares when that happens for a decent profit. Can't wait for the Disko drill assay results."

I am chuffed that yesterday’s RNS has confirmed that JAY is preparing for Disko 2025 fieldwork as well as stakeholder engagement. IF the Disko assay results confirm that the asset is mega in scale and of world-class, no one knows to what level the share price might rise.

I am expecting excellent Disko assay results. If, on top of it, JAY finds a partner for Jameson within the next 12 months, that would be an added bonus for me to exit the stock in 2025. I hope you took note of RM’s reference to Disko and Jameson in today’s RNS. I do thorough research (and don't open my mouth here without a good reason). I was therefore NOT surprised at all why RM had singled out these two projects for a special mention in the RNS.

Yes, you are spot on. Engaging with you has been terribly frustrating. I have therefore decided to disengage from any further conversation with you to save me from suffering ongoing frustration. You might ask why are the Directors of JAY pouring their good money into what some here regard as a dud stock. Maybe the Directors have a money printing machine or are mugs!

Rach - You seem determined to continue your flawed assumptions, presumably because they suit your predisposition to decry anything to do with JAY. Here is my response​ to your latest post.

4. Greenland's closest market is the EU; shipping time to Denmark is just 4 days. So, the EU market is on Greenland's doorstep. You seem to be blind to this fact.

6. You say: "The recovery of (white hydrogen) which will most probably be by similar means to those already used in the Oil &Gas industry." My reply: I don't see the Jameson land project as a gas-only venture but a gas & oil venture. Hence, I believe that the project will therefore be especially attractive for an oil & gas company ​to become a partner.

7. Whether you are exploring for minerals (e.g. Anglo American, Amaroq Minerals, etc) or oil & gas (Jameson Land), Greenland's harsh climate issue applies equally to all of these projects. I do not understand for the life of me why you are singling out the Jameson Land project to highlight your skewed view that Greenland’s proximity to the Arctic Circle ​would impede this particular project.

8. You ask: "Is Greenland ready for fracking?". ​My ​​response is that the Greenland government has just recently renewed the oil and gas exploration and exploitation licenses of the Jameson Land project.​ That's good enough for me and I don't need to look further.

9. When taking into account all of the above information, any ​"reasonably-minded​" person would conclude that the bigger picture bodes well for ​white hydrogen. So let's turn to the question of a partner for the Jameson Land project. You say you do not believe a large reputable well-funded company or government department will become a partner for the Jameson land project in the next 12 months. We will see as I believe the project will be of particular interest to an oil & gas company and I look forward to returning to this post within 12 months.
