I said I was expecting news last week but it did not happen by last Friday. However, the RNS popped up this morning which meant I was too early by one day with my expectation. I am sorry. Follow this thread for what I have said about newsflow.

I think one more RNS and then the long-awaited Disko update.

Future Exploration and Development Plans - The proposed exploration activities are aimed at advancing from the current Exploration Target to a Mineral Resource Estimate. These activities will include the following:

❖ Conduct detailed mapping to verify the extent and thickness of the exposed sills at Iterlak West included in the Exploration Target. Document the thickness where sill contacts are exposed.

❖ Perform outcrop sampling of exposed sills to collect grade data. This may involve channel sampling along vertical profiles on exposed sill margins to evaluate grade variability.

❖ Undertake diamond drilling to confirm the presence, thickness, and variability of sills beneath the raised beaches. Obtain samples for assay, density measurements, geotechnical parameters, and processing test work. Some drilling should target areas outside the current Exploration Target to validate previous logging indicating the absence of sills.

❖ CARRY OUT DRILLING on exposed sills to obtain additional data for the same purposes as the drilling beneath the raised beaches.

❖ Initiate preliminary test work to DETERMINE IF A MARKETABLE ILMENITE CONCENTRATE CAN BE PRODUCED FROM THE SILLS. THIS SHOULD ALSO VERIFY ASSUMPTIONS REGARDING TITANIUM DEPORTMENT FROM PREVIOUS STUDIES. Share results with the mineral sands process plant design team to identify any additional requirements.

❖ Reassess existing hydrological, hydrogeological, and mine waste management studies related to mineral sands mining. Evaluate necessary modifications to accommodate hard rock mining.

❖ Review current permits and mineral licences to determine if amendments are required to allow for hard rock mining activities.

Field activities at the Tunu project, Greenland were carried out in previous years as well as this year. The activities this summer have just ended. Please note Pulsar Helium's Topaz project in the US is more advanced than the Tunu project in Greenland.

I am ever so glad you are in touch with Rod McIllree and Eric Sondergaard. I am in regular touch with RM and occasionally with ES. I use my contacts with them for seeking and obtaining clarification and amplification on matters to do with 80M but also for sharing big-picture information. I also attend company meetings. As a shareholder, I regard my dialogue with management as part and parcel of my research into the progress of the company.

Rod McIllree, Eric Sondergaard and Troy Whittaker are Board members of White Cliff Minerals (WCM) as well. Although this event in Singapore (23-24 September 2024) is to drum up investor support for WCM, I am advised by 80M management that everything happens all the time and there are no favourites between WCM and 80M. Does this mean the management would use the contacts they establish in Singapore to talk about 80M as well? I hope and expect so.

In his speech yesterday, David Lammy, the Foreign Secretary, briefly referred to the critical minerals, copper, cobalt, lithium, and nickel, as the lifeblood of the new economy and the need to bring these commodities to the market faster. He also touched on green hydrogen.

For me, the two potentially big needle-moving events are (a) A partner for Jameson, especially if it is a big name Oil & Gas company (b) Drilling at Disko in 2025, followed by excellent assay results. ChirpyCheep is right in saying Rod McIllree regards Jameson as the largest project in the whole of Greenland in terms of potential contained value. As for Disko, negotiations were ongoing as recently as a few days ago and now waiting for them to be concluded. When will it be concluded? I have no fricking idea. Will KoBold "stay" or "leave"? Best to wait for the RNS. The way the wind was blowing, my money is on "stay". But a word of warning though, Ashton is an optimist.

As for filling up the begging bowl, don't overlook the fact that 80M is currently in dialogue with European groups. If successful, that would be extra dosh on the cheap for progressing some of the projects.

Tread carefully if you intend to continue to interact with her. I have stopped engaging with her because in my day-to-day life, I avoid dubious, abrasive and uncouth people. After Sarah Lowther's (Total Market Solutions) video interview with Eric Sondergaard, Rach referred to Sarah as an "absolute tart " in her post on 2 May 2024 at 7:51. LSE took down the post. I have a copy of the post. She can display the worst kind of gutter language behaviour because that is part of her personality.

Rach has a dubious, uncouth and abrasive personality.

DUBIOUS

Rach can be dubious (deceitful) as she can make up things using false claims. Here is an example.

On 30 Aug 2024 at 18:56, Rach posted a note addressed to me and said: "Your 'unflinching belief' was initially in Dundas was it not? Until, oh dear, that went belly up. Now you have switched allegiance to Disko.". This was a deceitful fabrication of the facts because only a few weeks before and on 5 Aug 2024 at 11:17, I posted a note and said: "Even when Dundas was going swimming well, I was promoting on Michael Walters' chat board that Disko was the most significant prospect among JAY's portfolio of assets. I am in JAY primarily because of Disko."

In fact, I also posted these two notes on Michael Walters' chat board: (a) "Is Disko worth significantly more than Dundas?". Posted on 21 June 2020, just a few months after becoming a JAY shareholder for the first time. (b) "Will Disko Outshine Dundas?". Posted on 2 October 2021.

I have consistently held the unflinching belief that Disko is 80M's most valuable asset but Rach will not hesitate to engage in her deceitful fabrication of facts when it suits her. Watch out for her in this regard.

ABRASIVE

Rach admitted to me that she has an abrasive personality.

Here is a recent example. You used the RNS list on the NEW website and came to the mistaken but understandable conclusion that Sandgrove was still a major shareholder. You arrived at this conclusion because the RNS dated 5 April 2024 on Sandgrove selling out is not there on the NEW website RNS list. No one would blame you for your misplaced conclusion but not Rach. Instead of showing understanding of your efforts (as a newcomer to the board), she rebukes you by saying your research needs improving. This demonstrates Rach tends to be naturally abrasive in the way she interacts with people.

In her post addressed to me on 28 May 2024 at 14:47, this is what Rach said: "Ashton – I would genuinely like to express my appreciation to you for bringing the matter of defamation to our attention. It has been a wake up call for me as it is something I had certainly not contemplated when making posts to a chat room. I would like to take this opportunity to un-reservedly apologise for any hurt, harm or ill-feeling any of my posts may have caused. Any of my posts referring to any individuals were intended to be nothing more than an inconsequential expression of opinion and not fact. Ashton, I am indebted to you. Henceforth, if I do continue to post, I intend to curb my naturally abrasive manner and to ensure that my posts are more considerate and circumspect."

I would add these:

- disgruntled ex-employee

- disgruntled wife/partner of a disgruntled (sacked) ex-employee

It is also intriguing why on earth Rach spends such an inordinate amount of time and effort posting 100 plus negative posts incessantly on a share/company with such "venom" (the word you have used) where she does not see any prospects whatsoever. A rational person would have, by now, moved on to other stocks/companies but not Rach. I must also remind you that Rach's stated position is that she would buy into 80M only when there is a lucrative sale of an asset or a major miner becomes a partner (2 May 2024 at 20:10 on the JAY chat board). So, is Rach here because she thinks there might be a lucrative sale of an asset or a major miner becomes a partner? No, not at all because she has been repeatedly megaphoning that there is no chance of 80M securing a partner for furthering its projects. So, why on earth is Rach here, and what is her agenda? Does she have a grudge against Rod McIllree? Just check out Rach’s posts. Her obsession to attack Rod McIllree incessantly makes one wonder. I smell a rat.

A couple of posters here think Rach provides a balanced view. I'm afraid I have to disagree. You cannot expect a balanced view from someone operating under a hidden agenda because Rach would twist anything and everything to suit her secret agenda. Take, for example, Rach's claim that - by omitting the relevant RNS dated 5 April 2024 from the NEW website - JAY has used the recent name change to deceitfully bury the bad news that Sandgrove had sold out. Is it just possible that there may have been an administrative oversight while transferring the data from the OLD website to the NEW website? Let me explain. If JAY really wanted to be deceitful, they would have removed the same RNS from the OLD website as well - but they haven't - it is still there. Moreover, the NEW website does not list Sandgrove as a major shareholder. That's not what one would expect if 80M was hellbent on being deceitful. If anyone has a genuine concern on this matter, the most rational and sensible step would be to raise the matter with the management and see what they have to say. No, not Rach.
