Anyone have any idea what the Offtake agreement will look like? i.e. at what price will GEX sell at the well head - I'm guessing it will be a % of the market price - what is the market norm?

There is hardly any liquidity in this now... a few buys and the SP will move up rapidly... and this will start to get institutional interest very soon, so there will undoubtedly be a few big buys imminent.

The dilution won't last for long - just need working capital for the next 9 months or so - then GEX will have a self sufficient cash flow (a very healthy one!)... short term pain for long term gain.

I think all of the shares that will be admitted in the next 6 days or so have been forward sold, looking at the trading stats... so liquidity is actually limited again, so the price should increase significantly again now.... fingers crossed!! GLA

Management are doing a great job here, making sure the company remains solvent, and paying off debt... these corporate actions are all part and parcel of running a company, and keeping financial discipline. My only criticism of the management is the lack of communication, but that's just a side-show really, and not that important... I sense we're getting to a position in the coming weeks where the shackles will be released, and this will fly...

We are lucky to live in a country with free speech - I say just let Buried Treasure spout their nonsense, and ignore it. It's great that they are free to do it... the more they post, the more we can then laugh at them in a few months' time!! GLA and DYOR.

I think they're going to struggle to hold this back between now and 5th June!! Took a dip just there, and everyone is now buying!!... the 20m extra shares aren't admitted till 5th June, so this will surely rise now...

Well that's all become pretty interesting pretty quickly - hopefully all the "strong sell" people are now out!! - and they stop their nonsense posting...

A very rough calculation, but over the past couple of weeks, buys have exceeded sells by approx 35m... so the 37m shares admitted earlier this month are about to "run out"... and the share price about to really rocket....
