Share price is not acting rationally here... maybe the market is still digesting the potential here.

If they don't currently hold any shares, then their holding will be under 5% and no TR1 needed... they might have engineered it like this on purpose

I agree Optic, it is odd that we're not blue... maybe people are still digesting the RNS, although it has been a few hours now. But hopefully there isn't a fly in the ointment!... I can't see how this RNS can be seen as a negative one.

Well if the debt is convertible at 8p per share, clearly the institutional investor has confidence - I see this as great news

Spot on Casper - just patience that's needed now... a very interesting stock now, and before the end of 2025 will attract a lot of positive attention from people with deep pockets...

If gas is discovered (which is highly likely), then this is going stratospheric - and all the pieces of the jigsaw are just about in place now... still a risk it might not be discovered, so people should only invest what they can afford to lose, but personally I can't see this failing now. Gotta sort out the airstrip and some roads (essentially compacted tracks) and get a drill rig in place... I suspect some of these tasks have already started, at least at the planning level - and the tracks will be fairly rudimentary, a few bulldozers compacting down the dirt from the nearest existing road... so probably not hugely time consuming - but likely to take a few months... I reckon will be mid Jan 2026 that drilling will commence. But that's not too far away in the general scheme of things.

If Louise thinks that's a "disaster RNS" then they are clearly very pessimistic by nature!! Perhaps even depressed...

Just need the well application to switch from pending... but that should just be a day or two... then the share price will really boom. Last opportunity to buy and make the really big gains...

Over the past week there have been more buys than sells (by quite a bit) - odd that the share price has dropped so much in that time. Feels like a coiled spring is loading...

Somebody / some department needs to pull their finger out of their backside and get the licence / native land approvals completed! Get this share moving

A bit baffling that the stock is down today... there are more buys than sells. I guess MMs are being ultra cautious.

Only a matter of time until someone with deeper pockets sees the opportunity here and steps in - the biggest risk is that they build their share holding gradually, take control, and then de-list the company and go private - but even if they do this, the share price during that process would increase significantly - market forces etc - plus they'd need to offer a premium etc. But I don't think anyone doubts the opportunity - it's just getting the correct machinery in place in good working order!!

Bit of a rough patch at the moment as things settle down here - but the fundamentals and the opportunities have not changed - this will deliver big returns in due course. Wish I'd delayed buying in a bit longer, but still huge upside. GLA and DYOR

Share price should be around 10 times more than it is now, as it's a 10:1 consolidation. If they're actually going through this exercise, I personally think it would have been better to do 1,000:1.... but hey ho.

2 equity swaps with HSBC for Prem and Glencore... both expiring 29th Oct (so short term)...

There is no way this will fail, it's simply about the timing now... hopefully it's imminent, cos the suspense is palpable!!
