107 between 2 groups. 7.6% went into remission so i'd say 8 people. out of 52 in the Lupuzor group 32 responded so 8 out of 32 people went into remission.

More research think there will be a lot of interest in N6L (IPP-204106) personally. As we know it's effective at targeting many types of tumours in the body and inducing apoptosis. It's been used in prostate, breast, pancreatic and a few others. It's effective at binding to chemotherapy drugs and apparently now DNA/RNA can also be linked for gene therapy. No unfortunately people get it wrong, and as you just said it's difficult to diagnose. Hence anyone not antibody positive could not even be suffering from the disease and possibly anything from that list I mentioned earlier. As it says there for Crohn's disease it's very rare for people to be suffering both lupus and that (although they can be similar) so how would they be able to make assumptions from this trial that it was effective at treating 2 similar disorders.
