Nothing else to add to this one: From 6th April RNS: Following re-instatement, the Kabwe Licence includes new conditions on BMR including (i) plant construction commencing within three months of 3 April 2018; (ii) completing plant construction and commissioning by 30 September 2018; and (iii) commencing production by 30 December 2018. In addition, the Company is to submit a detailed employment and training plan; contribute to the Environmental Protection Fund in accordance with the Environmental Management Act, No. 12 of 2011; and comply with the Mines and Minerals Development Act 2015 and other relevant laws of Zambia.

It certainly isnt as yet on many peoples radar. I have a hunch it will be very soon.
