VH - thanks, that's very key detail at this stage. When all is said and done, there is around 15.31% of stock unaccounted for versus recent sellers' TR1's released. Only leaves Artemis (14.76%) and Fidelity (7.56) as well as R Potts. Plus of course LB at 5.21%. Tells me SP is artificial by a country mile whether a potential T/O or not.

VH - were GVQ and Strategic both on the register at 7.06% and 7.22% respectively at the same time before todays SEquity TR1? Do you know?

So, Pinchuk has needed 4,322,198 to get to 30% since 6th February. The last TR1 was published on 27th Feb - 21 days after 28.652% had been reached. Has the balance been bought since 6th Feb? I'd say highly probably including today's "surprise" RNS and subsequent drop...

This is looking like an II wants in. Given the growth of this business and the potential, + previous acquisitions, this looks like it should be trading a minimum of 50p++..........at least. Mindful of current pressures, but a good opportunity here.
