50p on the ask is the sweet spot today..........

Groups cap is around £49m. On the figures presented today that is too low. Even with debt the cap conservatively should be £80m. A buyer will be lucky to secure phd under £1/share after this release. Today’s news is very good indeed.

A trade went through at 82p. Summats up at the moment I think, not quite sure whether the MMs are wanting stock or not, but seems something could be occurring....

Totally agree - this has 75-100% mark up written all over it. Keep it tight, hold on to your shares and I do think that percentage range will be yours from this point onwards.

Not quite sure a market cap of £200m+ would be bought into TBH. £90m-£120m possible.

Yesterday afternoon was a slight pullback but I very much doubt it will drift from here more than 3-5%. It's still a very good window to buy as I think PHD will be taken out, not for a ridiculous sum, but around 90p - £110 imo. PHD is not a distressed company and has a tremendous future.

Interesting Stew, this is definitely lining up for a solid re-rate. Trading update due August which I am sure will be solid, no fireworks probably, but solid - when you look back at the RNS that kicked the share price down to an incredible 29p, it did not warrant that drop at all. II manipulation has been played out in a classic way here and patience is slowly starting to pay off.

Agree - I do think 35p could go today/tomorrow and get above 37-38 as the next leg
