Thank you T0n1c & Nextyearrodders for your input
I'm being sceptical here. If a company has increased their production ability, hired more staff, apparently have strong links with the gov (who will likely order all the tests they can produce) what is the aim of TV coverage especially as the gov wants to keep the companies all hush hush with NDA's. Unless they are trying to attract II? Happy to hear everyone's thoughts
The BMJ used to be a credible source of information for healthcare professionals.
After the recent events with Deeks, the U turn and a clear vested interest he has, I definitely do not regard them as credible nor having any integrity.
After doing some reading, it appears that the companies that will help to produce 2 millions tests a day by April MAY being producing the same antigen test (possibly Mologic). ABDX recently said in their RNS " The Company is now working closely with this partner regarding the scale-up of manufacturing to meet anticipated demand for this test" which I believe it is ODX. However if it is the same Mologic test that ODX are TT'ing, I was wondering if ODX get any revenue from this potential collaboration.

Hey regulatory. This is the only link I have for now but is only of a partial screenshot

Will try to dig around online once I finish work.
then you have a letter on 21st Jan stating that all outstanding orders with Abingdon have been cancelled as MHRA was not met and that the Sec of state does not intend to order any antibody LFT from Abingdon.
Two documents, both stating the opposite.

This would be amazing if they got on board. Would create so much SP stability. Hope the FT article has helped grab the right attention. Fingers crossed

an interesting read.
'The main focus of the plan outlined in the PA Consulting contract is to find suitable British manufacturers of lateral flow devices (LFDs), which provide results in under 30 minutes, and scale up manufacturing to reach 2m tests a day by April 2021'
'Mass screening of people without symptoms is set to play a leading role in the government’s pathway out of lockdown'
Last week a tender worth a further £912m was closed. The gov does not want reliance on overseas tests. This 2m a day by April fits into Colins' timelines of 2 million a week testing capacity by April. Follow the breadcrumbs!
Cheers Girdz. Its the same old really but I agree, we need the sales/orders.
I hope we do reach such highs however realistically I don't think we will. Too many people will sell early/trade/lack of long term holders.
The tweet has disappeared. What did James say?
They have been advertising various jobs for a while. It would be interesting to know whether they are re-advertising the same jobs on different websites (because they are unable to fill them) or new roles that are constantly being filled.
Aiming to keep a list of all the derampers (and the heroes trying to save us with their one post wonders)
Please add to this thread their usernames.
When ODX rockets we can bump this list up and shame them.

I thought they would have been able to give info on sales regarding the Visitect antibody test as its their own test with no strings attached.
Too many of the shares are held by PI 's (many who easily sell or traders) which causes such instability to the SP. If we had solid holders or an institution/fund then we would be more stable. The worry of the lack of this is the SP may never reach the possible highs that Merchant calculated even after sales are confirmed etc.
Cool. Thanks Starbright.
A few weeks ago I recall a post from here and Twitter that ODX was added/to be added to a microcap.
Is there anyway to find out how much this microcap is worth, how much has been invested and what weighting is towards ODX?
This would help stabilise the SP and less so in the hands of traders.
@Twatcher.
Waiting for the DHSC to allow us to sell the antibody test elsewhere is like having an anaconda slowly tightening the grip around the companies neck. Can't do anything.
I'm glad we have the antigen test in the interim with no strings attached :)
