Part of the problem is that 75% of the company was sold at 11p per share. That's a lot of happy sellers as the price moves up.

Given where the company was this time last year - clapped out penny stock that looked like de-listing material for most - this is a HUGE deal and common sense suggests there should be a significant re-rate.
