RE: Final Results11 Dec 2018 09:32
BigBench, I stopped posting on here because I got fed up with the negativity. I alwYs gave CP the benefit of the doubt and even got called a ramper, for posting positive stuff about a stock I own.
Facts are facts though, £860k is not a small loss and £175k is unreasonable as a salary of a loss making company.
Further the accounts make no mention of any income from “Trac’, ‘Goldbloc etc. (The accounts were signed off in December 6 months after finishing so could have easily referred to this as a post period event).
We need £75k a month to run this business and circa £250k to relist, plus a decent marketing fund. This company needs £1M in bank now at least so needs to sell Finland to fund this rather than more placements for his buddies.
We now get a ‘soft launch’ in Q1 with a marketing ramp in March. There is no way this stock is coming back until we have income coming in, so Q2 looks best chance of a relist, otherwise the shares will tank to circa 1p (value of quoted assets in accounts).
As shareholders we do not have to be cheerleaders but we can demand the BOD get their finger out.
I still believe the future is potentially bright and I think 5p by mid 2019 is very possible and 10p by year end (pulled back from previous thinking but still good) that does not mean I approve with how CP has handled the last 12 months, because on balance I do not...
For what it is worth I think we will relist on main market not AIM or NEX or we will be taken over at a modest premium.
