The 700k @529 was mine and is a buy. Takes me to a round 4M @51 average. Me done buying for now. Looking forward to the 1p party in 2019.

Think we might even get a 3p party in 2019 but maybe that is getting a little rampy for some..

From what I can see by end of 2021 @$100M earnings and BR loan repaid we could be having a 10p party

I tried buying 700k in one go 3 times and got NT hence smaller trades. Cost me an extra £12 in dealing charges but the saving on deal 1 more than covered that.

@zeb. Ophidian was posting Elliot wave theory posts on a regular basis and did say 36/37p was a target. It overshot as always.

Good thing is next upside, when the tide goes out, (from memory) is 69p...

Read an interesting article, which I posted in the ATM board about MMs. The only thing they cannot control is the LTHs who buy and hold.

MMs use all the same TA as all PI, but usually better, they know where PIs are expecting the sp to go or retrace to, so oblige. Most short term PIs and traders are just earning money for the MMs. In the end fundamentals win out and very PI traders do better than those who just buy and hold..

All seems easy in hindsight, should have followed the excellent advice of Ophidian, sold and bought back in at 37p. The only thing is I have tried trading this share and in reality it rarely plays ball! I learned in March, buy and hold the shares you want because when it goes on a run it goes very quickly.

I have a strategy based on future share points but I really do not care about the short term day to day sp movements. Could have bought more on dip, nearly tempted, but I have got 200k of these £10 tickets, that is enough fo me.

Just noticed another Tristram TR1 sell down went through yesterday. These people talk about long term investing but act like short term profiteers. Not to worry, as you say the price is looking good.

Tempted to add more here but there also many temptations elsewhere too!

At least we do not constant discussions on here about every trade and SP updates every 30 seconds. I have stopped visiting another well know BB as it is becoming ridiculous.

Interesting and comprehensive read CC. SA was clearly the initial play but I am not 100% sure anymore.

I think any smelting plant will be in Namibia near the coast to allow for quick imports and exports. I also think the assets in and around Uis, including the recently purchased Tantalum licences point to huge resources and a 50 year plus future in Namibia. Add that to the very mining friendly and political stable position and I know what I would do..

Having 2 big mining projects is a distant future concept for such a small player too. Whereas selling (or licensing?) the SA assets provides cash to focus on Namibia. AV does not strike me as somebody who worries about the past so yes he was employed to develop tin in SA initially but now he is in control of his own destiny. The £850k purchase of the Tantalum licences sent a huge message for a £14M junior (non productive) miner..

As always non one has any real idea until AV tells us..

Not sure Mokapene is a logical step. More likely sold later down the line to focus on Namibia. If they have infrastructure, smelting plant and no daft SA politics not sure why they would bother.

Not sure I agree with 3/400% dilution, once they are in production the sp will be closer to 4/5p giving a mc of 22M so a 100% placement gives needed cash and will take SP to 10p. Once stage 2 is done all capex will come from cash flow...

It costs about £25M to build a smelting plant which will be a very small raise in 2 years but will be game changer. At the moment they need to send ore to Malaysia, with own smelting plant they can supply Africa from Africa.

Another technology play.... and another part of the ATM back pocket waiting to be exploited.

And don’t forget the Tantalum licences purchased too. Namibia is going to be huge in tin again and we will see a Namibia based tin smelting plant within 3/5 years imho too. 10000 ton is $50M gross profits and $100M at $25k per ton.

My sp target in 3/4 years is closer to 50/60p even at 100% placement dilution. Add in the huge supplies of unexplored tin in Namibia, add in titanium and their own smelting plant then who knows..

Thing is, like the article says, the best way is to simply hold onto shares for the long term and buy on the dips. The day to day shenanigans is for the traders.
