The spread on this is awful. Certainly putting buyers off. Hit 0.1 yesterday and now there are sells at 0.025.

James and Latino those who choose to hold/buy would know the risks. They have said already its a temporary suspension. Could be a month or 6 months either way in that time Rkab approval and deals could land and on return we see a huge upside. One thing is Major holders have not sold which shows confidence of a positive outcome.

Following Empyrean's announcement on 3 March 2026 in which Conrad Asia Energy Ltd ("Conrad', (ASX:CRD)) and its majority-owned subsidiary, West Natuna Exploration Limited ("WNEL"), as operator, approved the Final Investment Decision ("FID") for the Mako Gas Project, Conrad have advised the market that project development activities remain on track.

The Company is continuing to work with its auditors, Pitcher Partners, to finalise the audit of the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025. Despite the best efforts of all parties, the Company requires further time to finalise these accounts and for the auditor to complete its procedures with respect thereto.

Clearly just need more time and are continuing to work with the auditors so clearly not done! If you sold thats fine, you have to do whats best for you but don't make things up.

I have been in suspended stocks and they came back doing many mupltiples due to news they had during suspension. Personally I think we should get approval followed by US deal in that time perhaps.
