As previously announced, conversion of the Northern Zone tenement to a Mining Lease is well advanced and is expected shortly.

Any day now mining licence news will land.

I don't think there is going to be a placing yet as they just did one last week. Probably end of the month or early June most likely imo.

Management have completely ruined this company. It hit 5p+ on the J&J news last year and has been making new lows everyday down to 0.1s. They seriously need to sort longterm funding out and reduce further cashburn, otherwise this will be gone. CLNS whilst it works for some companies, here its just killed it.

Quickquck thats the thing they have new management onboard with vast experience. The point of the new website suggests they have something lined up and will update the website and market soon.

Makemoremoney they may raise or have other funding options. However, "a company undergoing a reverse takeover on the Main Market does not have to raise new cash to complete the transaction, provided the enlarged entity meets the £30m market cap and other criteria"
