Premier has agreed with Canmax Technologies Co., Ltd to use its best endeavours within the next three months to have the letter issued as a binding agreement subject to pre-conditions inter alia that the plant achieves the required grade and tonnage.

Conditions have been met and now we await the binding agreement.

They had issues, made changes and they sorted it sooner than they expected, is that very difficult to understand? What is the problem? You don't want them to suceed and was hoping they fail?

The second phase of the OEM plant test run has now been completed with positive outcomes to the extent that the plant is now able to run continuously as intended and is now commissioned such that ALL plant components operate and are integrated and automated to support the ongoing optimisation necessary to continuously meet saleable concentrate grade. Both the OEM and Zulu are satisfied with the significant progress made.

Acker of course there are going to be profit takers and pullbacks. Some thought they were going to fail and funding would be required so caught off guard. People want in and orders are being filled hence why they are keeping it down until done and bored sellers fill their orders.
