Gold up a massive 1.6% this morning thanks to Trump's insanity! THX reached 75p when we were at $4300 gold back in Oct. Surely we see the 80's this week

Trump going to war with Venezuela overnight. Is this geopolitical uncertainty already priced in or will we see gold bounce back up to $4500. There hasn't been a war in S America for 30 years. Will it even stretch to a full blown war?

Not to mention Venezuela is the World's 28th largest producer of Gold. And that doesn't include the illegal mining happening in the south of the country. Already seen blackouts in Caracas. Surely much more of that to follow.

I take your point. But im sure they'd be able to sell the royalties due from Cobenfy. Either to BMS, or to another Royalty player. Seaport could purchase their own stake back if they had the capital, or get PE or another insti to take PRTCs stake.

Either way value creation here has been non existent, and to be honest I don't really see that changing anytime soon.

Once they spin out Gallop and Celea I genuinely don't see the point of them being listed. They'll effectively become a holding company and although overheads will significantly decrease. There will still be plenty of staff costs, premises, background R&D on smaller more early stage projects. Spin out Gallop and Celea and start an orderly wind down. If they truly believe the company is worth anywhere near the 250p tender offer from last year, winding the business down is, in my opinion. The only way to return significant capital to shareholders.

I imagine won't be until Q2 for a JORC update. Still over 180 drill hole/assay results to come in.

Thats the Department of State HQ. Pretty sure they run economic and foreign policy out of that building. Doesn't look like the DFC are based there so potentially some other US State agency?

As far as im aware there's no ongoing drilling campaign either. So in theory cash burn should be relatively low relative to the last 12 months.

I go back to my point about the warrant pricing. Because once we get to the point where there are only warrants at 8p, assuming we're still at this share price we should see the warrants exercising dry up. Even the ones at 6p are less likely to be exercised if you're only 20% above that price. Could take a little while but would be good to get it cleared.

Either way, im sure there are more RNS' to come re warrants being exercised. Volume since the DFS has been decent ~7/8m traded per day.

Sorry Big K I think you're way off the mark. In the last presentation dated 01 Dec there were 80m warrants outstanding at a 6p VWAp. Fully diluted there are 522m vs about 412 that have been issued. Thats about a 25% dilution.

I wish when companies did an exercise of warrants RNS they would inform the market how many were outstanding and at what price. I think I remember from the presentation the VWAP is 6p but would be good to know how much volume is at each price.

EEE lost about 60% off their sp after their MRE in Oct. We're down about 25% since peak, just a little perspective.

Unless a financing deal had already been pencilled in, and its just a case of dotting the i's and crossing the t's post DFS

Mike said ~15% of NPV was a fair valuation. He didnt say it was going to jump to that price immediately after DFS. Just that 15-25% is a fair valuation post DFS.
