I know there's a fair bit of disappointment from the RNS today but there seems to have been a good amount of buying going on today, someone sees some value here!
Also the payment is due no later than the 7th Nov, but they don't necessarily need to release an RNS before hand to say that it has been received, plus they might not even get it before Saturday.
Just something to consider if there is no RNS tomorrow. Whether we get an RNS tomorrow or not is irrelevant in the medium term. Its drill results that will be the catalyst here
Yeah not sure why that's bad. Current and former employees purchase shares as per their options as they are entitled to do. The company receives a cash injection, and there was no mention of the shares being immediately sold which I've seen with other companies. If they keep hold of the shares it's a positive as it confirms they're confident they'll be worth more in the future. If they sell you can't really blame them as they would have made a tidy profit.
Would like to see the BoD taking more shares though, thats the one sticking point for me here. Would like to see some TR1s
Thanks Goat. Presumably the clinicaltrials.gov website is accurate, but this paragraph in the RNS causes confusion.
Following completion of a £10.3 million investment in August 2020, the project is now fully funded with results of current Phase II trial expected in Q2 2021...
Does anyone know the completion date for the trial? I had Nov/Dec in my head and I've seen that mentioned several times but the RNS states Q2 2021. Can anyone clarify?
There have been some monster trades here last couple days. Showing as sells but surely sells of that much would have driven the sp down? Instead seems to be going the opposite way?
