He1 was .022p on drilling start on Jan 8 and drifted to .019p before they announced drilling news update on 25 Jan. Then went on rapid run .

Similar thing may happen here unless intermediate news from drilling gives the SP a boost.

Anyhow 18/19p seems a very good entry point as the drilling is now underway and interviews and updates will happen very soon.

Significant gas finds reported whilst drilling, drilling started back end last week so more news possible this week.

Last Monday morning 7am RNS was catastrophic here.

Albert May seemed to think it was clear that talking to government was the be all and end all whilst Petros issued an article contradicting everything we thought why we had invested here.

Absolute shambles 66% down in 5 days on a RNS that says nothing only trust has been shattered.

Good luck to new holders but last week destroyed everything for me.

Thanks Serif for link. Is it as simple as the contract between Petros and Upland needs a Government endorsement?

Both articles from 2021 regarding Petra and Petros implies the government have to endorse the deal. Petros are the one stop shop of management and regulator of the block.

The government has final say,

When Petra were awarded the go ahead of Block 433 in June 21 they had to wait for the Sarawak government to endorse Petros conditional award.

Have Petros conditionally awarded UPL but await Government endorsement ? Hence silence on all parties

Reading the Malaysian reserve newspaper article it is a similar situation.
