Hi Ma5k. I tend to agree, I think there is probably going to be a cash injection into THC from someone taking the reins to expand the LS recourse with a view to monetisation. Maybe that will be buying all or part of MAFL's stake out? I dunno.. speculation at this point. Regards interested parties, I do know that there was more than 1 NDA signed with THC about discussions on results of LS drills. Whether that constitutes a "queue of prospective buyers/partners" remains to be seen, but I quizzed why the all the drill RNS's were info heavy and was told they were prepared that way to inform the THC NDA parties rather than shareholders.

zan there's definitely action going on with LS, Jacques kind of alluded to some stuff in an email previous to suspension, without actually mentioning any specifics. Just a waiting game to see what the end result of it is.

as I suspected the THC transaction was most likely needed to keep the books looking healthy from year to year so an adjustment of reporting period was made to accomplish this.. now we can await some LS news which shouldn’t be far off :-)

Jacques said in an email it was a self imposed deadline of 31st of July. He offered to present unaudited Dec 2017 results to AIM but they wanted audited only, which meant having to impose a suspension. This was because of a transaction from THC which was due to complete in 2017 fiscal year, but was delayed into 2018, so they decided to change their year end.

Could be many things not just a sale of LS but I’m sure it’s been done for the right reasons. These guys aren’t shysters. Regardless there will be news soon enough on what’s been happening with THC / LS.

Unsure to be honest but I hope to hell youre right! I do know there’s been activity of sorts on the LS / THC front .. but I have no clue to any specific information. So it’s just a waiting game to see what’s been happening ..

There’ll be a good reason.. totally intriguing :-) We changed the our reporting period for our biz a few years back, think I recall the accountant said so it was for our EC sales vat, normal vat and accounts line up better (I leave that carp to him it makes my eyes glaze over).. so I assume it’s not out the ordinary to make such a change .. but the THC part is intriguing
