My own view is a low free float share combined by an unrealistically battering in historical price to absurdly low levels
Then the realisation by many of the massive undervalue which has prompted consistent buying at relative bargain prices
I can really see £1.00 very quickly

Your points are very valid, fundamentally the less shares in free float and held tightly by the board and institutional investors in addition to those held by PI create less volume of shares to purchase
So a perfect storm for upward share price increase
