My view is the inherent value of TI as a going concern or indeed as a business sold at fair market value is indeed a very important asset Matomy have in there arsonal in terms of asset.
If you think about the whole bond holder issue
I’m convinced it’s TI value that makes Matomy undervalued
This is of course on the premise that a mutual agreement can be made
But why wouldn’t this happen?
All parties have too much to loose
And perhaps a lot more to gain
