Picked Cobra after seeing this, came to Empire a bit later.

Dusty, have no opinion either way on JV's. Explorers don't have the cash to take their prospect forward to production. The JV has worked out well for GGP, with some unusual twists and opportunities along the way. Cross listing on ASX next Monday and Q2 numbers, expect a positive effect on the share price. I like to slice, did so there at x4,x5,x6,x7,x8 & x9 and kept some. Re-bought at 20p,too soon, 6p, then 12p very recently. Nice banked profit. Greed is a killer.

Had GKP, between Isis and bond holders ended up with very little, lesson learnt the hard way. Should have sliced.

No idea if Empire will get into production, more likely be bought out. Way to go yet. GLA

Wish I had a quid for every time someone makes that crazy comparison. Seen it on so many boards. In both & very happy with both.

Like the approach First Majestic have, holding some of their silver in bars and coins, makes sense as the price is not going down any time soon. I do have a small amount of shares in FM, plan to buy more, looking like good value, DYOR. Looking forward to the next few months here, happy holder.

Could have offered a retail raise, if they were going to get EH out of the ground. It's the reason most invested. As HH said early could operate much as it did previously, and actually make some money. Munni Munni is never coming out the ground, unless it's sold on to a major. Brockman has real value, sell or JV, but no, we are doing nothing with it. Just sitting on it. Han'k is too small, apart from the bit up north, which could be sold. My guess is the rest of it is a waste of time, so we plan to take rock chips, waste of time and money. Still livid EH has been mainly moved on to another RS co.. No wonder the guys on hotcopper think it is a gift.

It's very rich in term of g/t, just not a big enough known ore body. In total, 4m. oz. it's about a months production for Fresnillo. There could be a mother lode source, may get lucky and find it. Could and Maybe.
