Dan Smith, who seems to still have few shares in UFO, has a new company. DY6, Rare Earths, in a not very friendly Cameroon. He raised recently and managed it with no discount. DS had 2.5% of the co. originally and we all know what happened next. Often on the TSX the raises are at a premium as opposed to a discount. Have to wonder how much RS has pocketed on this one.
