Ratification just takes all risk away for assore, last time they bid they wouldn’t have believed the circus that unfolded in parliament.

If we’re that close to ratification Neil wouldn’t even let it go to shareholders, he knows we’d all take a low ball over now because we’re all frustrated. 30p without rat and for numbers sake 50p with rat for Neil is the difference between a couple of £million.

I do mean after ratification, there’s no point them buying us now with the risk involved but post ratification it makes a lot of sense. They won’t wait for us to get into production because it’ll cost a lot more than 50p to take us out.

The only hurdle assore need is RAT for success, we’ve gotta go through MIIF investment, offtake and mergerco dragging their heals.

£240,000,000 for assore at 50p. Considering the potential to double/triple the asset, the feldspar could bring production to under $500 a tonne, expected strength for lithium in future years and massive profits from down stream processing. No brainier for their CEO to make a bid.

I’m pretty sure we can get on with it without MIIF. Their support is handy but the investment doesn’t have anything to do with RAT. They want green minerals treated differently to gold - they’ll want a processing plant (will they let mergerco take their share unprocessed?) I think they’re after another 5% free carry as well. It just makes sense to agree to everything and let assore take this, they’ve got the money to get it into production and build processing plants. We don’t. With RAT the bid has to be in the 50s, they get a multibillion $ asset for very cheap at that.

There’s also a bauxite license outstanding for ratification, I think there’s a lot of pressure on the government to get both across the line. Especially with the communities being impacted with no farming or jobs. Dr ebineezer being onsite was a positive so hopefully he’s expressed his concerns with land minister and talks are ongoing. A good start would be MIIF appointing someone to our board.

It will be the ndc that present it to parliament, only once MIIF, minerals commission, lands and natural resources minister, mfantseman MP have all been through the license and agree on the terms. It won’t be presented before that. Now can they get it done before the end of march? that’s the question.
