The price went from 25 cents to $72.00 !!!!

Squeaky bum time !!

Seems to be slowing up here, whilst there has been a lot of good news lately there doesn't seem to be much follow through in the share price over the last few days.

The stock has travelled up nicely from 68p a few weeks back, which give or take is around 20% so I took a few more off the table this morning, I have a feeling that the market may pull back this week.

Still riding some from 71p and quite content to hold these but now looking to add again around 75p.

Lets see how it goes.

Its going to be hard work to keep this level today but either way its a good marker going forward.

All looking good this morning and just seeing ITV on the box this morning, it looks like their programming schedule is back to at least some sort of post Coronavirus 'normality' .

Took some off the table this morning at a smidge over 81p but riding the rest and looking to build up a nice core holding here now.

With the markets looking to settle down in the coming months as the world re-opens for business, I'm expecting the private equity boys and buyout specialists to rear their ugly heads as there are bargains to be had and whilst I was dismissive of them lot bidding for itv, it wouldn't come as any surprise now as everything is now in play !

A Friday before a long bank holiday weekend and ahead of the official schools half term holiday. This site has sadly gone to pot with its poor reporting of trades, volume etc. but take a look at the real volume on Friday :-

With the 50 day MA at 70 p cleared nicely and the 20 day MA cleared at 73p my target of 80p looks good with potentially more on the upside in the short term with the 100 day MA at £1.00 although I doubt we will reach those lofty heights in the near term.

With the premier league and Champions League football returning but to no-one in the stadiums to watch, I am still sticking with my prediction that ITV will get on board with BT to show either live matches or highlights as there will be plenty to be shared around with all the TV companies.

All looking good for next week.

I posted this article on here last year and with the recent developments it could be a step closer with all the BT/ITV adverts on at the moment.

The Champions League were also looking at bringing some of their games back to terrestrial tv as the viewing figures were much previously higher in comparison with the likes of SKY & BT and mutterings have started again.

Expensive TV packages will also be binned as the economy slows down and household budgets shrink.

ITV also has a nice line of credit to fall back on together with the cash saved from the dividend payout this year, and maybe next year as well.
