Here's the latest update, ITV is 105th but at a price of 111p. So another 3p takes its market cap up another £120m give or take.
Its going to be close but all depends what the market has up its sleeve, do they want ITV back in the FTSE after being very orchestrated in their dealings last year to get the company demoted, if not expect the stock to drift down ahead of Wednesday.

from the first day of dealing this year at 37.5p and its peak. Not sure how much further the Market wants to drop this but 20p and 19p could the level at which quite a lot of weak holders may bail. On that basis I have just left a couple of decent buy orders at both prices good til cancelled !

If the market wants to continue to call them down, I'll gladly pick more up.
