Yesterday's announcement of an appreciable stake appears to be the same individual who has built a significant position in Communisis. He seems to favour IT focussed stocks which have reported less than sparking performance. Maybe he sees past the current trading difficulties and identifies future value.

Yield hunters seem, at last, to haver woken up to to the dividend, and given the cash pile, its relative future safety in a demanding retail environment.

Looks like the 'wobble' a few months ago has provided sufficient emphasis to spur the BoD to get their act together. Like the BoD, I'm feeling comfortable with progress to date and potential future progress. Expect that the sp will remain becalmed until positive evidence of the pipeline turning into revenue becomes available.

I've been fortunate enough to have held shares in companies where the BoD have recommended an offer for the business only for them to change their mind when a better offer comes along. There is no need for a prospective bidder to rush; nothing will likely happen this side of the issue of Delek's document. The major shareholders will bide their time until the deadline to accept or reject the Delek offer arrives. I'm going to wait and see what happens....

John Watkins has only purchased 65,054 shares in the period you refer to at a cost of £50,000. The other officially reported transactions were share transfers, which didn't alter his share holding, and nil price allocations. Not quite the the alleged demonstration of 'considerable support'.

Further downward lurch in the sp suggests that it is not only my confidence, but the Market's also, which has been shaken.
