Need to double current price to recoup my money in this one. Hs been holding this one for years, good to see dividends back, which will cut down my loss . Never really understand if share buy back will help with the price, better to distribute the money to investors. Why some companies are doing these?

With renewables on the agenda, all oil companies will be gradually winding down within the next ten years . I wonder how much mileage we still have in investing in oil or its service companies? Major investors are facing pressure to get out of fossil fuels.

The share will drift down to £1 level as shorters are holding for a better price to buy in and close the short positions. This is because there will no news in the short term for further orders. I have warned this pull back a few days ago.

We will be getting the scrip dividend shares with much lower price. So after the payment date, we will see price increase , no doubt.

Somebody was selling big chunks of shares after hours last night, who might have got some news from the company? I am afraid it will drift down in the next couple of days as the result does not indicate any positive news in the near future. It may change if it will get an order soon. If in profit, better take it or hold for the medium term

There is Guardian article on Serco saying it has profits rolling in and complaining about the test and trace contract from the government. Something to do with party politic as Labour hates the Tory connection of the CEO.

All these automatic sells are set in with such a small margin. As soon as we have half pence increase , it triggers a sell. How could somebody make money on such a small margin? I am Ok with small increase each day.

I have got alerted to this company by newspaper article, so decided to look into this . With around 3 million turn over for several years and billions of market capitalization, It seems to be long way off to be worth that much. It takes a brave soul to invest in this one

Pablo's post is good , which really nails the real issue, that is the pipeline orders . The market and investors will be looking at this aspect seriously. In some aspect, the result has been widely predicted . It is the future that matters.

Still no report of annual result. It is touch and go situation, nerve racking! It may go either way!

JP Morgan has increases the holdings gradually. The share will not have much downside as the company is buying up its own shares and institutional investors are getting interested in this one. It has been very boring share for a while.

There are some big buys in the range of £20-30K , probably somebody knows something other don't. I would not have committed so much money if unsure about it.

Yes. There seems to be a pattern like that which will give shorters to make a quick buck. MM's may decide to go against the trend, then people will get burnt.

I do not think a couple of guys comments will affect the fundamentals of the company whether you are ramper sor de-rampers. When you invest in this fluctuating business , one needs to ask if there is still value or assets in the company, is current price reflect the fundamental value or seriously undervalued, also if the business still has prospect in the future, will the issues with SFO be resolved sooner which is the key question to answer at the moment. Eventually, this will get resolved one way or the other, then the company will be properly valued. All these should be taken into account if one wishes to take a position

We will get cheaper scrip price for dividends pay put , so will end up more shares with price is staying at this low level. Actually, it may be advantageous to have temporary low share price for now.

I think shorter is in danger to lose more money because so far SFO has not brought any charges against the company since 2014 when the individuals were involved. Surely, if SFO has something on the company, it would have brought it open after so many years. The odd is high that the company will be exempted from any charges .
