Remember how JamesTrader71 was always telling us that every RNS was great and positive and used to print off a long list of them.

Not even he could put a good spin on the 2.6p placing which has the new 38,461,538 shares being effective from 8.00am tomorrow.

I imagine that Fortified Securities, who secured the placing will be the next ones to jump ship.

Whoever stumped up the £1m for the placing has already lost nearly £500k and are probably going to seek legal action if they have been misled, which is highly likely.

Some traders may try and make a quick buck by dipping their toes in briefly, but with suspension looming it is an extremely high risk strategy.

The Auditor could probably sue them PK for constructive dismissal, but then he’ll know that you can’t get blood out of a stone.

Old Egghead clearly didn’t like the figures that the Auditor had produced and and no reconciliation was possible.

Just 8 days ago, this went up for no reason at all and mugs were buying at 5.5p and now it has come all the way back down for a VERY GOOD REASON AS SUSPENSION LOOMS.

The biggest mug bought 1m at 5.19p costing him £51,900. If he tried to sell that many today he’d be lucky to get 1.3p per share or £13,000.

That’s a cool loss of ‼️£38,900‼️ in just 8 Days and all the Rampers on here thought that the dude knew what he was doing 😂😂😂

How many times do I have to tell you that my prediction of 1p is for it to happen this year, hence in 2026. We are still in April and have 8 months left for my 1p prediction to happen so why do you keep crying that it hasn’t happened yet.

PBS (65%) and QDE (35%) with the balance via external commercial bank debt:

So this seem to clarify that QDE have an external bank loan to enable them to claim they have 35% of this project.

So when this is up and running and PBS have taken their 65% of the revenue and PK has made the loan repayment and I assume paid a bit of rent to PBS like you would on shared home ownership, there will not be much left to claim as profit, if any.

How PK can get so excited about something where he is a small minority owner is hilarious.
